- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes for appointment to start. Poor communication throughout the entire appointment. Hygienist typed on the computer with the same gloves she put in my mouth. Zero ability to accommodate for an anxious patient. No explanation of treatment plan. X-ray tech was rude and impatient-no sympathy for anxious patient here. Rude response to questioning treatment plan (fair because you know, it's my body and my money we're talking about here? I only needed clarification). I left in tears. If you have ANY minor nervousness about the dentist, value your time or prefer a sanitary and well-communicated appointment....Do. Not. Go.
