  I had my first visit with Dr. Bullard. Al the reviews about wait seem to be inaccurate. I waited 20 mins. Also spoke to Dr. Bullard at length and he was personal and very informative about the surgery I am about to have in a couple of weeks. His staff was also very informative and worked with me on scheduling and getting all insurance information. I am hoping my experience continues to be positive. Additional Note - My surgery went great and Dr. Bullard has made me feel like my old self again , NO PAIN! Hopefully as things continue to progress it will only get better. I am 5 days post surgery and things are going the way I would like them to.

  I would highly recommend Dr. Bullard to anyone having neck or back surgery. My husband had a 4 level neck fusion in April and in recovery he was smiling because he could feel his fingertips for the 1st time in 6 months. Dr. Bullard also did his lower back surgery in September. He received the very best care from Dr. Bullard and his team and we could not be more happy with the results from the surgery.

  Terrible.. Just terrible. Bullard said I needed a 2 level lumbar fusion that would cure my moderate back pain. The surgery was a complete disaster. I never recovered from the surgery and continue to deteriorate. I now have neuropathic pain from my head to toes that is debilitating. I am in constant horrific pain that makes it hard to function at all..They will not release my records because I have a balance on my account so i have no idea what he did to me.. Stay away from this place!
