  The office is soooo disorganized! My first appointment they had visiting hygienists and dentists that didnt know what's going on, how to work the equipment there, etc. or able to answer questions. Both times, I have had to wait at least a half hour (today over an hour) past my appointment time. They have called me the day before my appointment to say they need to reschedule because "a hygienist isn't coming in tomorrow." This place is a JOKE! Both times I've been here they are "short staffed". There's nobody else even in the waiting room. How short staffed can they be when it's a ghost town in here?! Today the guy checking my blood pressure couldn't figure out how to velcro the thing around my arm. Took him 3 times! I almost grabbed it from him and did it myself. I wish zero stars was a rating option! I'm switching dentists today.

  My visit to the smile center was at a difficult time and I was upset and frustrated at my circumstances. Dr. Gandhi, Michelle, the ladies at the front desk, and everyone else made me feel at ease and confident with their compassion, communication, and service. I'd highly recommend them for any dental needs, routine and emergent. Thanks for being an awesome bunch!

  Honestly, I was a little bit hesitant of going here from some of the reviews I read.. but once I got there, I quickly realized that I shouldn't have been! The front desk lady was cheery and helpful even for 6:50 in the morning, and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was so sweet and knowledgeable! Dr. Cooper came in right after the cleaning (which was nice, no waiting around) and she was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I'm going to be bringing my daughter for her 2nd-ever dentist appointment, and there's not doubt in my mind that her appointment is going to be just as enjoyable!
