- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I find that patients are encouraged to go to the Web site for test results and then it is never updated annoying. I have yet to find any of my results uploaded and I would be thrilled to be able to download them rather than call and be placed on hold to leave a message for a nurse who then returns my call 1 or 2 days later.
