- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tidewater has consistently gone above and beyond in every way. The back office support is phenomenal. After 2 years, its obvious they're the real deal. I've been a licensed agent for 10 years and wish I knew about them from the beginning! I've seen FMO's make promises they can't uphold, start "admin fee's" on commission statements, and lure green agents into lock tight contracts. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I’ve worked with Tidewater Management Group for a number of years now. As this will be my 27th year in the insurance industry I believe I can say with complete confidence and assurance that this is a Great group of people to work with! It’d be in the vicinity of about impossible to try and put into words here all the experienced, professional and well seasoned help I’ve received over the years! I have worked with other FMOs in the past and TMG is most definitely a notch above the rest. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a partnership with an organization that has knowledgeable people that care and really want to help. This is what they do! While Todd, Chad, Ronnie, Jessica, just to mention a few, have been my go to people for answers there was another person this year that absolutely excelled. That person was Isaac and he always went the extra mile! He was enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and always had a positive attitude. Not only that but he was dependable in finding correct answers to my questions and responding quickly. Most of which were not simple nor easy and were needed in short order.
