  Having been a State Farm client for years, I recently moved my account to Mike. His knowledge and thorough approach to reviewing all my insurance needs was incredible. He took the time to review all my policies, suggest things that were better coverage for the home and autos that I had, and made sure that I understood all the changes we made. This is first time I have actually sat down with my agent in over 10 years to do a complete review of insurance. I appreciate his professional approach and look forward to working with Mike for years to come.

  I have been a customer for nearly a decade and he has been responsive and proactive to help me understand my policies and to save money as I am able. He's very relatable and, despite the fact that we only speak once or twice a year, he remembers us and doesn't need to be reminded of our coverage situation or last conversation. I would recommend Mike to anyone.

  Mike Sollie at State Farm Insurance of Raleigh is by far the best. If you're in search of a new insurance provider, you seriously do not need to look any further. You truly feel like you're the customer with his firm. It's sad these days that companies seem to have it backwards when it comes to customer service, but Mike and his team have it figured out! Do not hesitate to reach out to him and his team, as I can promise you that you will not regret it.

  I called in on behalf of a close friend of mine who moved here to North Carolina from Michigan and I was not able to speak with Mike Sollie. I was able to speak with Christie Dean though and she had remarkable customer service. She was very patient, attentive to listening to everything I was saying, and she provided great insight on a few circumstances that were new to me concerning car insurance. Great customer service!!!
